ONEWORD TOURS

Thank you for considering a ONEWORD tours performance for your area.  The following are some of our hopes and expectations for our ONEWORD TOURS performance with you:

SHOW: 

The Least of These - this is a show focusing on the topics of mercy and justice and on helping the less fortunate.  The show looks into the suffering that exists in the world and offers a message of hope and change.

OTHER:

ACCOMMODATIONS: We would ask if you could provide a host home where the dancers could sleep.

TRAVEL:

Depending on the location, vehicle transportation might be needed.  Each location is different. 

FOOD:

On the night of the performance, we ask that you provide food for the company.  Because we are usually busy with set up and run through it is difficult for us to arrange the food.  A fruit, veggie, cracker and cheese type platter is perfect for before the show.  After the show if you could provide a meal for the dancers that would be perfect and very much appreciated. 

STAGE:

In order to have the most room possible for performance we ask that the stage be cleared of all instruments.  If there is going to be a worship set first then the stage should be cleared after the worship but if there is not, then we ask that you have the stage cleared upon our arrival.  This is helpful for the pre-show run through.

SOUND:

The company has their own tech person to run the show, however we would need you to provide someone to assist with the technical set up for the evening.

WORSHIP:

In the past, some locations have asked if Heather would lead worship either before or after the show.  If you would like to have a worship set, she would be willing to do this.  Here are some considerations:

- a band to back her up if that is the vision for the event

- simple stage arrangement for easy tear down and set up

- a sound engineer to run the sound for the worship set

- a separate love offering or honorarium for her time leading worship
